Ben Gibbs is a Cambridge, UK-based coach, organisational consultant and leadership development specialist, working with educational leaders in the UK and internationally. He holds postgraduate qualifications in teaching, educational leadership, organisation development and organisational consultancy, and has taught in UK schools, held roles in government and assessment, and consulted on research, curriculum, leadership and organisational strategy. Ben is an associate lecturer at University College London, Anglia Ruskin University and the Tavistock.
