Job Description
- Being the first point of contact for prospective students.
- Explain about the program Facebook reply/ Sales Closing (quick response) work in or phone or online enquires.
- Assisting parents, guardians, and students in admission procedures and requirements.
- Processing application forms and payment process (data entry).
- Monitoring/organizing/updating the admissions.
- Participate occasionally in campus tours and promotional events.
- Representing the university at promotion events.
- Send invoice to all the customers who enroll whether online or offline.
- Update sales data every day.
- Remind the students 1 day prior to the training with the details about venue, time and precautions.
- Providing outstanding customer service to prospective and current and families in person, via email, social messenger, and on the telephone.
Job Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree or university students who enjoy working in an academic organization and have a passion to work in the education industry.
- Must be clear and effective communicators with an intermediate level of English.
- Must be patience and love to talk with people
- Must have a service oriented mindset and growth mindset
- Team players
- Tact and diplomacy skill
