Job Description
- Human Resources Management နဲ့ပတ်သတ်ပြီး ဘွဲ့ (သို့မဟုတ်) တွဲဖက်ဘွဲ့ တစ်ခုရှိထားမယ်။
- မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ အလုပ်သမားဥပဒေတွေနဲ့ စည်းမျဥ်းတွေအကြောင်း ကောင်းကောင်းနားလည် ထားမယ်။
- ဝန်ထမ်းတွေကို ကောင်းကောင်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ပြီး ခေါင်းဆောင်နိုင်မယ်။
- Senior HR Officer တစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးတဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိတယ်။
- ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်တယ်။
- အဖွဲ့အစည်းနဲ့ ကောင်းကောင်း ချိတ်ဆက် အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်တယ်။ ဆိုရင်တော့ ဒီ Senior HR Officer လေးက မိတ်ဆွေအတွက်ပါ။
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree and Human Resource Management or related fields is an advantage.
- Revising HR policies and ensuring that fair employment practices are implemented.
- Good at personality, teamwork and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience hiring for roles of all levels and functions, technical and non-technical.
- Understand the employment laws and regulations.
